Use of the App

• The App is provided for personal use to track subscriptions, savings, and reminders.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Pro Features and Purchases

• Some features may be marked as Pro and require an in-app purchase.
• The App offers multiple one-time support purchases that unlock all Pro features permanently.
• Purchases are handled by the platform store (Google Play/Apple App Store).
• All billing and refund policies are governed by the store provider.

Data and Backups

• Your subscription and savings data are stored locally on your device.
• You can export and import your data using JSON backup files.
• You are responsible for keeping your backups secure.

App Lock

• App Lock is an optional local access-control feature that can protect the App with a PIN and, if enabled, biometrics.
• App Lock is not an account system and does not provide remote recovery or identity verification.
• You are responsible for remembering your PIN and for controlling access to your device.
• If you forget your PIN or lose biometric access, recovery may require clearing app data or reinstalling the App, which can remove locally stored data unless you have a backup.

Notifications

• If enabled, the App schedules local reminders for upcoming renewals.
• Notification timing may vary based on device settings, battery optimization, and platform limitations.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App to violate any laws or regulations.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the App.

Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for missed notifications, billing errors, or losses that result from relying on the App.
• We are not responsible for lockouts, lost local data, or other consequences caused by forgotten PINs, disabled biometrics, device changes, or unavailable backups.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated if changes are made.
